This unique new holiday home, built in typical Moorish style, is perfectly situated on the beautiful yet quiet Costa de la Luz. The “Coast of the Light” with it’s broad, uncrowded beaches, authentic fishing villages and historic white mountain villages that has not been touched yet by mass tourism and is typical for Spain’s most beautiful province: Andalusia.
Granada with it’s amazing Alhambra, Ronda the spectacular city built over a mountain cliff, Jerez with it’s many sherry Bodega’s and world famous Spanish equastrian school, fantastic Sevilla with it’s cathedral, moorish palaces and gardens, the beautiful white village of Medina Sidonia, the Roman temple ruins of Bolonia, the pirate and hippie town Tarifa from which you can start your whale watching adventures, the historic city of Vejer de la Frontera: it’s all just a stone’s throw away from the peaceful tuna fishing village of Zahara de Los Atunes where your holiday home is located.
Less than a 50 metres walking distance brings you to a clean and wide beach overlooking the coastline of Morocco. Swimming here is fun and safe for children as well. The spacious, well maintained swimming pool is located just behind the villa and offers a welcome break on day’s when it’s too hot on the beach. There are plenty of good and affordable local restaurants to choose from in close vicinity to the villa: on the beach or in one of many small streets in the village itself. Afterwards you can enjoy a cocktail on the front terrace of the villa enjoying the cool evening breeze and the sound of crickets or move to the roof of the house for a breathtaking sundown with a stunning 180 degrees view.
The holiday home has 3 levels and is situated on a new, uniquely designed, holiday complex where all villa’s have different facades and colour schemes. Security is provided by means of a closed gate system and a night watch. The main entrance brings you into the modern decorated living room and dining room, the well appointed kitchen and the cool, shaded patio. The hammock is ready for your afternoon nap!
A set of wide stairs will bring you to the 2nd floor where three bedrooms are located. The main bedroom has a large bathroom with bidet, overlooks the nearby mountains and offers seaviews from the balcony.
The basement room downstairs is the coolest area, offers one double bed, a bunk and ample storage space. From here you have access to the underground parking garage.
